Dear IBO,
Exciting news! You’ve been asking for the flexibility with building your own registration kits, so we’re launching the “Build Your Own Registration Kit” as part of the Chart Your Course program at at 9.00 am AEST/ 11.00 am NZT on 3 October, 2017. This is an exciting step forward for the Chart Your Course Program, allowing our new IBOs the flexibility to personalise their initial product experiences from the very start.
The “Build Your Own Registration Kit” will be part of the regular registration process, replacing Step 1 of the current process, where you choose from pre-existing kits. This new process has 3 important tasks:
1. Choose from the top Amway products to the value of $99 in Australia and $119 in New Zealand.. If your applicants want an easy pick, then they can choose the Grab Pack which will be listed under “Packs” among the product options.
2. Add any additional products from the rest of the range that you'd like to try. (optional)
3. Opt-in to receive a FREE Product Catalogue. (optional)
Once you've built your kit, continue on to complete your registration application online completing Steps 2, 3 & 4 just as before! And there’s NO JOINING FEE!
A few key points to note:
• The Build Your Own Registration Kit will roll out across all online platforms, and also at the Business Centres from from 9.00 am AEST / 11.00 am NZT on 3 October, 2017.
• All Amway products can be orders as part of the Build Your Own Registration kit. However, the Top Amway Products list comprises of 86 key products, from which the value of $99 AU / $119 NZ worth should be mandatorily purchased. All other products can be purchased in Task 2, which is the selection of additional products.
• Paper Application forms are also be updated to include the Build Your Own Registration Kit product options.
• “How To Build You Own Registration Kit” guides are available online so you can refer to them and also share it with your potential applicants to follow the new process easily.
• The Chart Your Course Sponsoring Guide and New IBO Journey Chart have also been updated with the Build Your Own Registration kit process, which you can download.
• If you have product suggestions for kits that you prefer to suggest to your applicants, please ensure that you communicate it to them prior to them registering. Once registration orders are completed, individual products from the kit cannot be returned for a refund (unless the IBO is resigning). Exchanges under regular permissible circumstances will still apply.
